For Members

Strategy

Together with IWF International we offer unique networking forums for female leaders, as well as mentoring programs. These include:

  • the annual “World Leadership” conference exploring future-oriented structures to shape and strengthen the common good and equal rights in working environments in a sustainable and constructive manner
  • the Leadership Foundation dedicated to the training of female executives and to strengthen the diverse competences of women united in IWF Austria, who are involved in current socio-political issues globally and locally
  • the Fellows Program for interdisciplinary education in partnership with the institutions Harvard Business School and INSEAD
  • the Legacy Project for Passing Leadership Skills to Women with Leadership Potential

Three strategic goals are defined by IWF Austria as follows:

  1. Strengthening the national and international network of women in leadership positions and women who do or have done an extraordinary job, active recruitment of new members (Strong Network & Membership)
  2. Strengthening aspiring women with leadership potential from different fields and sectors (Competence & Capacity Building)
  3. Strengthening the visibility and impact of female leaders in public (Visibility & Impact)

 

 

Gemeinsam mit IWF International bieten wir einmalige Vernetzungsforen für weibliche Führungspersönlichkeiten, sowie Mentoringprogramme. Dazu zählen:

  • die jährliche „World Leadership“ Konferenz zur Schaffung zukunftsorientierter Strukturen, um das Gemeinwohl und die Gleichberechtigung in der Arbeitswelt nachhaltig und konstruktiv zu prägen und zu stärken
  • die Leadership Foundation zur Ausbildung von weiblichen Führungskräften und zur Stärkung der unterschiedlichen, im IWF Austria vereinten Kompetenzen von Frauen, die sich global und lokal zu aktuellen gesellschaftspolitischen Themen engagieren
  • das Fellows Program zur interdisziplinären Weiterbildung in Partnerschaft mit den Institutionen Harvard Business School und INSEAD
  • das Legacy Project zur Weitergabe von Leadership skills an Frauen mit Potential für Führungsverantwortung

 

Drei strategische Ziele werden von IWF Austria wie folgt definiert:

  1. Stärkung des nationalen sowie internationalen Netzwerks von Frauen in Führungspositionen und Frauen, die außergewöhnliche Leistungen vollbringen oder vollbracht haben, aktive Anwerbung neuer Mitglieder (Strong Network & Membership)
  2. Stärkung von aufstrebenden Frauen mit Führungspotential aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und Branchen (Competence & Capacity Building)
  3. Stärkung der Sichtbarkeit und des Einflusses von weiblichen Führungskräften in Öffentlichkeit (Visibility & Impact)
